Valerio Bianchi looks at \(C^*\)-algebras with applications in topological quantum field theories

Georgios Tridimas is working on topological invariants of \(G\)-kernels on strongly self-absorbing \(C^*\)-algebras.

James Binnie (main supervisor: John Harvey) is working on using finite samples to estimate geometric quantities with topological data analysis
Tasarla Deadman (main supervisor: Gandalf Lechner) is working on quantum field theory and operator algebras, in particular the Yang-Baxter equation

Thomas Davies worked in 2021 on a project titled The topology of currency exchange. It was about the basic ideas of homology applied to currency exchange rates between countries.
James Blake finished his MMath project about Homotopy Groups in 2020.
